Our teaching, inspired by the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman method, and with strong links to traditional Hatha Yoga, complements all styles of yoga and all levels of personal attainment. There is much emphasis made both on the postural execution of the asanas and on the breathing, essential for a balanced, fluid and harmonious practice. At the heart of our practice is the natural intelligence of the physical and energetic body. Centered Yoga is perfect for all ages and can help in improving general health, increasing overall performance in sports, undoing physical and psychic tension and in rebalancing our energies while eliminating stress.
BEGINNERS GROUP LESSONS
These lessons are suited to those approaching this discipline for the first time.
MULTILEVEL GROUP LESSONS
These lessons are suited to those well versed in the practice of the discipline and practice it routinely.
INTERMEDIATE GROUP LESSONS
These lessons are suited to those who have practiced the discipline for a considerable length of time or those attending Teacher Training Courses.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Individual lessons are suited to those wanting to deepen their knowledge of this discipline and prefer to follow a program tailored to their personal needs.
